Feeble MVP-WDS tilt action

Hi all,
I've got an installation with a 7 year old WDS. The MVP8400 is fine but when the panel goes in/out of the wall dock, the motor has gotten progressively feeble over the years. It's quieter and slower than it was for the first few years. Is this common? Any known fixes?

Quieter is good, slower, not so much. Sounds to me the motor is failing.

I have a couple in the warehouse that we will probably never sell. Let me know if you need a deal on a replacement dock.
