Cisco CTS CODEC - Controlling

So, this is a general question to all programmers:
Has anyone written any code for controlling a Cisco CTS (Telepresence) CODEC?
There is a CLI API available but here is the issue: Only SSH is supported.
DING DING....As far as I can tell, there is no way to write native Netlinx code to support SSH.
Is it possible to create SSH connections writing in DUET (Java)? If possible, is anyone up to the challenge?
PS. Not looking to create a SSH tunnel using a middle device, like a PC, to allow a Netlinx Controller to connect to a Cisco CTS. Prefer Direct Connection Only.

I haven't played with the CTS's but its definitely possible to handle SSH comms from within duet.
