Cisco / Tandberg C40 Duet

Hi,
I recently programmed a system including this module which functioned as expected untill the IT dept loaded the cisco addres book.
Not all the entries are being loded into the AMX touch panel list.
I have asked them to check for any non-standard chars etc.

Please contact AMX Technical Support for issues with this Tandberg Module. AMX will collect the bug report and perform initial troubleshooting steps. This data will be sent to Cisco developers for them to update their module. Tandberg Duet modules are created and supported by Cisco, and AMX assists with relaying the feedback from the field.
