Tandberg C20 Duet

I recently came across this module and it literally had 20 modules for 1 C20 to work. I get breaking functionality out into different modules and having modules talk to one another but 20 is a bit extreme.

This same module could be accomplished in 1 module with less traffic. What are your thoughts on when a module is over thought?

I don't think that's the official TC duet module, I've used it several times and there's just a single .jar file.

I would agree that 20 modules for a video codec is excessive. The only devices I've ever broken down into more than a UI and a COM module are audio DSPs that have a flexible internal configuration.
