Integra DTR4.5 & DTC9.4 RS232 Codes - Where?

Can anyone point me to where I can find the protocol for these two devices? I remember seeing them at the integra site in the past but can't find them there now that I need them. And of course phone support is always 30 more mins of hold time...

If you happen to have them and can email, I'd appreciate

The following attachment is from Integra. It's an Excel spreadsheet covering several models. It does not specifically address the DTR 4.5, but you can use the same commands from a different model that would be appropriate for your device. It's been one of my main references when working with Integra.
