Hello, Is there a website where I can download APC UPS RS-232 command Protocol?

I called APC Tech Support and was on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up.

So I sent them email instead.

Can someone posted here on this website?

There is an APC module on the AMX website for the S20 and a few other models. I've used the one for the S20 once and it works fine. I do not have the prototcol though.
