ICS protocol security

From Sep 10 2004 press release we knew that AMX developed the Internet Control Systems Protocol Security (ICSPS), a security protocol which uses password authentication and encryption to protect data transferred between the NetLinx Master and AMX touch panels.
As I am involved in security issues of the whole installation, I need to estimate possible threats against AMX system. With SSH and SSL it is more or less clear; what is not known is details about ICSP: what the encryption is based on, what is the authentication scheme?
Any information on the ICSPS?
