Haven't needed one myself, but X25 seems to be another name for CRC-16 CCITT, which is given in this thread: http://www.amxforums.com/showthread.php?1796-Example-for-CRC16&highlight=ccitt

Oddly enough - he posted in that thread already!

I think required reading prior to joining the forum is Jeff's (Spire) FAQ and my post on why AMX should not use this as proper tech support. Maybe, just maybe, people will get the drift on not being a whiner when people don't get their answer right away. AMX needs to monitor / moderate the posts by members with less than 50 posts.
