unlock the protected setup page

Customer has an NXT-CV10 that we cannot get into the protected setup page because they do not remember the password. The 1988 does not work. How can I unlock this? Even if it means resetting the entire code.

SEND COMMAND Panel,"'@RPP'"

Resets the protected Setup page password to ’r;1988’.

This should do the trick.
