ISO 3166 Country Codes

Here's a simple include file (change from .axs back to .axi) that coverts 3 digit country code numbers, 2 or 3 letter country codes abbreviations to the country's name as long as those codes conform to the ISO 3166 standard. You can easily add more functions to convert from one to another if needed but I didn't write those since I don't need them. I actually didn't need this either but I could use it with the Oppo DVD module I'm writing which is what got me started on this in the first place.
