Meeting Manager with Ipads

I have a site where i need to give a room scheduling, email options and av control for a meeting room. I want to know if the features are available via Meeting Manager. I have attached a list of features that the client requires. If you could go through and tell me if meeting manager meet this requirements or if i need to develop an app for this purpose itself.
