Acer PD523

Hi, first post here.

I'm putting in a new projector which is controlled by one of my Axcent boxes. I therfore need to obtain the IR control codes for an Acer PD523.

Acer Tech Support reacted as if this was the first request of its type they'd heard. Surely not!

Since all I need to do is Start/Change Input/Shutdown, I'm reluctant to get (buy) an IRIS system and capture the commands myself.

Can anyone help with:

The IR codes for the Acer PD523?

or

Let me know whose guts are used in the PD523 since I don't think it's a truly original bit of creation from Acer. I suspect BenQ, but may well be wrong.

    Hi,
    I have some troubles to know which are the ascii commands used from Projector ACER pd525 and which is the pinout of the RS232 port, because in Internet I have found nothing.
