USB LAN MIO R4 MVP XXXX

I can?t connect my computer to MIO R4 and MVP-XXXX
I have Windows XP and installed AMX USB LAN v 2.3.3.6
When I connect USB cable, my computer recognizes a new device and tries to install it. When Windows finishes to install de new driver, it sends a messager "the new device wasn?t installed correctly", and tries to install again the new device.
It?s very extrange, because with Novara keypads works good

I have received an answer from AMX Technical Support

Make sure that any firewall and virus scan is off during the diver install and panel transfer.

It must vary with the virus checker; I've never had a problem. I have, however, found that once in a while, I have to install a driver manually, instead of letting Windows just find it. I don't believe I've had that with any of the AMX USB drivers, but I did with the Universal Remote ones.
