Anyone who may be using this older style AXIS servers, here are the paths needed to serve the MJPEG on a touchpanel.

Protocol: HTTP
Host: server's IP (e.g. 192.168.82.161)
Path: axis-cgi/mjpg
File: video.cgi

I used this to great success on controlling a Kaleidescape server full screen on a wireless panel using XY coordinates!
