Tandberg C20 Module and IP COntrol

Looking for input from anyone that has gotten the duet module 1_1_1 to work with a C20 (Or C60 or C90)
I could not get the unit to communicate last night at all. the C20 does not have a serial port, so IP is my primary option. (Evidentially, there is a hack to do RS-232, but would rather not go that route unless I have to)
I noticed something interesting int he API today.
Telnet/SSH login
Telnet is by default disabled. This can be changed with a configuration
command: xConfiguration NetworkServices Telnet Mode: On/Off
? xConfiguration NetworkServices Telnet Mode: On
Telnet/SSH login
? User name is: admin
? Default password is: TANDBERG
Is it possible that the Module is not sending the Telnet ON command first?
Attached is a chunk of the log...
TIA.

Using the RS232 port is not really a "hack"
You just use a Y-splitter cable, works like a charm.
The IP protocol is the same as the RS232 protocol, but for both you have to login first... -

What kind of Y Splitter cable? I didnt even see an RS-232 port on the back. -
You need to make sure telnet is enabled first. This can be done using the IR remote.
Are you able to open a standard telnet session from your PC to the C20?
I have had the module working with the C90/60/20 with no problems.
Of course the C20 does not support all the same commands as the C90/60 but will do the basic functions -

I'm going back to the site on Wed. No, I didnt try any telnet yet. This is my first Tandberg codec.... Neither AMX nor Tandberg asked me if I enabled telnet via the IR Remote when I called Tech support.....
So I'll check that first.... -
