Tech Center Won't load properly

I've been trying to go onto the AMX tech center web page for several days now. However when ever I try to load the page all I get is a bunch of kanji characters over the entire page. I tried with IE, Safari, and Chrome from a iMac, MacBook, a old Dell Optiplex, and a Dell Latitude and I'm getting the same thing every time. Is the tech center broken?

Not sure if they fixed it already, or if there is maybe a problem with your account, but I just went to the Tech Center without problems. I even went to firmware files and the only problem is that the file I need is not available yet

Maybe its part of the new bullseye. You'll need to pay a fee to download firmware files
