Axcent III non-responsive

Hi everyone
Just a FYI that I had an Axcent III completely lock up, no axlink, could not talk with it with open ax, etc. I left the unit unplugged overnight which usually fixes the problem. This time it did not. I finally ended up pulling the CMOS battery and let it sit a hour before re-installing them and that did it. Seems okay for now. Thought that this might help someone sending a unit back for repair and save a few bucks in the process.
