VirtualBox and RS232

Anyone have this working? I have a Keyspan USA-19HS. I installed the Mac drivers and configured VirtualBox's serial port (see screenshot), but it doesn't work in Netlinx Studio. It does its 15 second countdown and gives up.

This works: "screen /dev/tty.USA19H41P1.1 38400" but I really need access to the serial port in Windows.

I have the 15" MacBook Pro released last month.
