Denon 3800DB not responding to serial

Hi all

Has anyone worked with this model?
Its a Blue Ray DVD.
Can't make it work via serial, even that the protocol is the standard Denon protocol.
The AMX driver is old (and also not working)

to turn it on:

$02,$20,$00,$00,$00,$00,$00,$03,$32,$33

Tried with "Control a Device"
Tired with Console..

The device is not responding.

Any Ideas?

Try disabling the Auto Off / Power Save feature (On by default). It needs to be disabled for RS232 to work on this model.

The serial protocol don't say nothing about it

Documented or not, it's getting to be standard procedure, especially with Marantz products (and in this case Denon = Marantz, it's the same chassis).
