Does anyone have any experience with these cameras? I didn't find any discussion topics in the forum. I have a camera that I've established communication with, but I seem to be getting an error response. The problem I have is deciphering the error code because the response format does not match the protocol in the manual. I'm using a terminal emulator with the following code and response:

$FF,$30,$30,$00,$86,$30,$EF // Extended Operation Status Request

Response:
$03,$86,$02,$75

The response should mirror the command format, i.e. $FF,$30,$30... The response is also consistent with any other commands I send. I've also tried sending mode commands for Host/Local Mode Control, Remote ON/OFF, Pedestal Initialize 1, as well as Pan Left/Right.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
