winter / summer time on ni700

Hello
I have a NI700, with mio DMS 8 button and it have to run stand alone.
the costumer can only use the dms
It start a system at 8.30 hour and stop at 16 hour.

How is the ni 700 work with the time summer.winter is this go automatic, or do i have to program it.
and how can i do this.

If the master can connect to a timeserver in the network, or can connect to internet, you can define the daylight saving rules in the master's web interface: System -> Manage System -> Clock Manager

If no timeserver is available, may have several options, like
- 2 buttons which will increment/decrement the master's current time by 1 hour
- doing the same automatically (much more difficult)
- (in Germany) using an external DCF77 clock which may give you trigger at 2:02 and 3:02, to set the master's time

I don't see anything under "System"? There are no submenus there and it shows version v2.95.214 on my NI-700? Thanks much for any hints!

The timeserver feature is implemented in v3 firmware. You may upgrade to the latest v3 Duet firmwarehttp://www.amx.com/techcenter/downloadConfirm.asp?fn=/assets/firmwareFiles/2105-03_NI-X00_Master_v3_41_414.kit.
Another choice may be the Integration Solution i!-Timeserverhttp://www.amx.com/techcenter/downloadConfirm.asp?fn=/assets/applicationFiles/i!-TimeManagerSetup.exe This doesn't require v3 firmware.
