Anyone ever run in to this?
I have a MVP-8400 and a MVP-WDS. The WDS has worked fine for 4 years or so. Recently I put a battery in the battery slots of the WDS, it does not matter which one, and returned the 8400 to the WDS. A subsequent push of the WDS release button works as the motor moves the panel forward but it does not hold it in the cradle. If you aren't there to catch it, it will fall to the ground. As soon as I remove the battery from the WDS it works fine again. I have upgraded firmware to the latest levels and checked power supply. Ideas?

Anyway it sounds like a WDS problem and I am getting an RMA.
