Password forget

I'm Marco, from Rome...

I've a little question for you: how can I reset my hub (I mean factory settings) or only my password (I mean “admin”) to default without know wich is the current password of my udm?


Sorry for my basic english...

let me know every solution please.

In the interest of protecting this information, I recommend you call tech support. There are a few options available depending on how much you configured, but there is a chance that the only way to clear the security is to send the unit to AMX to be reset.
