5200 locked into Wall charging Station

Hi.
I have put my 5200 into Wall Charging Station MVP-WCS-52 .Now I can't to undock the panel. I press the button on the station, press the undock button inside the 5200 setup menu, send the UNDOCK command with netlinx, but nothing.
How can I undock the panel?

while pluging in the wall docks power (head end) press and hold the dock button until it releases the panel.

The button must be pressed before power is connected.

it takes about 10 seconds.

I believe this also works for the 7500/8400 wall dock.
