Failed to download music from Max-IMS1000

I tried to download all the music from AMX MAX-IMS1000 server using WINMAX 2.7,1, but I only could download the music in .WAV format, all the music in FLC and MP3 format I downloaded to my computer are 0 bytes, any suggestion will help.

hmmm... better call Wiley at AMX MAX tech support.

Last I talked to Wiley about it, WAV was not really supported yet. I'm not sure if a recent update has fixed it, but at least at one time, it was an option that didn't work.
