Hello folks,
I am in a project where we have to collect serial numbers of all the equipment after it has been already installed.
Get_Serial_Number is always retrieving Zeros for all Dimmers and keypads.
but it can retrieve the master itself and all touch panels.
Anyone has any ideas??

type in 'show device'
returns the serial number for everything connected here
(Zigbee gateway, NI-900, R4, even shows a serial number for VirtualKeypad)
