MVP-8400 rebooting

Has anyone had any issues with the MVP-8400 panels
doing an unsolicited reboot while in use.
Of course, during the system training, the panel decides
to act up.
While the client was holding the panel and pressing various buttons
to test some volume levels, the MVP screen just went black.
I immediately thought the panel just went to sleep, but it actually
rebooted itself. How embarassing.
I checked to make sure the batteries were a snug fit, they were.
It only happened once during the session, but once was enough for me.
Thanks.

I have seen this. I have never figured out exactly why. It has always seemed physical to me, like battery contact issues or something in the panel.
