MSP32 keypas - repair?

I have a MSP32 softwire keypad with a few buttons not working.

Has anyone experience reparing these? Is it generally no more than a faulty push button switch mech?

I'd be grateful for anyones experience with this.

I've honestly never had one go bad ... but probably AMX will fix it if you send it to them, they generally have a flat rate for repairs.

Tech Note 170

Do a search for tech note 170, and that's the repair fee table. Should help you out; they don't have MSP32 per se, but they do list MSP8 - which I'd guess the repair fees are the same.
