Three AVPS - only one plays movies

Okay, crazy Max thing of the day -

It is an HT12 with three AVPs hooked up. One of them plays movies, music, whatever. The other two will only play music! When I select a movie, nothing happens. This is all through Winmax.

What on earth could cause this? It used to work is the crazy thing. Well, often two would play movies and one wouldn't. I have tried three different switches, they are on their own network.

Starting to think 450 dvd players would have been a better investment...

    Well this mystery is solved!

    One of the AVPs is in a theater, hooked up via HDMI. The settings were changed on the HDMI to make it manual. Well, the three are in the same rack and the setup was done with an IR remote - turns out turning it off of HDMI autosync and using component causes problems. Flipped the other two back to HDMI auto and I can play three movies at once again. Woohoo.
