Digital watt hour meter

Hi ,
I have one project there I install amx system. That project is 6 floor building and all rental shops or office. Clint want to integrate watt hour meter. He want to manage electricity by computer and also he want to see power load on the touch panel .witch digital watt hour meter is good and compatible with amx system . if any body work on this plz tell me solution.
