MVP-7500 panel issues

I have problems with the MVP-7500 which go as follows,
1. Atleast one of the battery charging slots in the panel is corrupt, and gives error.
2. For one of the panels while the firmware transfer is on,it gets stuck at the sensor.bin file transfer.It then fails to repond.

3. When connected through the USB, the panel many a times fails to appear in the online tree of netlinx studio

Has anyone encountered such problems earlier? any solutions!!??
