MVP-7500 panel issues

I have a series of problems with the MVP-7500,
1.The battery charging slots get corrupted and gives error.It could be both or atleast one.
2.The panel fails to respond to connect through the usb connection and appear in the netlinx online tree
3.During a firmware transfer, it gets stuck at the "hsc12 file transfer" in particular the sensor.bin file.It then fails to respond and function.
Has anyone come up with similar problems? any suggestions?? solutions??
