MVP-i Series VNC Problems

When I VNC into the new MVP-8400i I'm constantly getting block pixelization. See attached image. I've never got this on any other TPs until using the new MVP-i series TPs. I'm connecting remotely through a gateway to gateway VPN connection, I have excellant wireless signal strenght and the WAPs are connected on a GigaBit back bone. I using a dual wan router in a load balancing mode running around 8MGbits per port although I bounded to wan one for VNC connections. Other TPs VNC connection are w/o problems. I complained about the audio on these panels back when I first got them although that seems better since I've changed the default sound for Beep.wav or what ever it is.

Any one else seeing this kind of screen through a VNC onnection? I beleive I get this when I'm on the local network too but my brain is so fuzzy I can't really recall.
