MVP8400 wakes up in 3 seconds after SHUTDOWN

We have 2 MVP-8400 panels and the same problem with everyone.
After SHUTDOWN command panels really shutdown and wake up in 3 seconds after this.
This very good indicates backlighting of panels: it turns off after shutdown and turns on in 3 seconds again, the panels show AMX logo and process of startup starting.
What it can be?
