Killing a G3 web instance

What is the recommended way to kill a logged in G3 web interface?
There will be a number of people with access so if someone leaves without logging out this could become an issue.
Also, the wired panel is not accessable to most of these people.
I thought about multiple instances, but that is not an option in this case.

There may be other ways but the only one I know of is to close the browser.

And go to Task Manager with your shotgun and make sure it's dead. Firefox zombies hang around, and I seem to recall IE doing the same.
