MIO R-3 file upload

I have problem with uploading Font File to MIO R-3. I have cable from pronto and PC connected throug jack->minijack switch by com port to R-3. Baud rate at keypadBuilder is 115200 and at pc com port as default - 9600. KB sends sometimes configuration file(76 bytes) and begin tp send font file but always stops in 133 bytes. Pinouts in cables from pronto and mio should be same. Where can be the problem? What can i do to make it work?
