According to the help file the marquee speed should be adjustable from:
"Select Panel > Edit Marquee Speed to open the Edit Marquee Speed dialog."
Maybe i'm going blind but this option doesnt seem to be in my version of TPDesign 4 build 545.
Anyone else have it?

Afaik the Marquee feature is only supported by the MIO-R4 at the moment.
I guess the help file needs some updating.
