G3 Web Control (HTML panel) Timeout

Did anyone know how to set the G3 Web Control (HTML panel) timeout?
(The G3 Web panel will offline itself when there is no user using the panel for a several minutes)

That's not an available feature... Just like you can't make a regular touch panel disappear off the bus without unplugging it, a G3 web panel won't go offline unless you close the browser window.

i think he is saying that the panel DOES go offline after some time, and he wants to increase that time

I suspect you are seeing a random symptom. G3 web panels are flaky. Arghhhhh.
