I'd guess it is a module that you didn't write.

I concur. I have never seen a message like that, and it definitely doesn't fit the pattern most AMX modules use for messages. It also looks benign - more like a debugging tool left on after the module was finished than an error.

It is coming from the Vantage Q module. If the author is paying attention to this thread perhaps you could fix this. (?)
