Here's a pretty neat software application that allows you to automaticly synchronize folders from one PC to another PC or NAS. Handles mutliple Folders (jobs), completely configurable. Automatically sync/back up Outlook .pst files or NS2/TPD4 program files, what ever.

It's also free for the non "PRO" version.

I was just looking for something like this, after I replaced a file from my desktop to my laptop and didn't realize that the newer version was on the laptop and lost a day of work. Thanks for the info I'll give it a try..

use Microsofts Synctoy, its pretty cool

I've been using FIleSync for a few years and have been very happy with it. I lost my hard drive the other week, and this made restoring my data files trivial.

A similar program that I use is VicaVersa. Sync multiple locations, totally custom schedules, full control over what happens with e.g. duplicate files, etc.
