MVP-8400 & NXA-WAP200: Connection lost

Hi everyone!!
I need help!! The problem is: MVP lost its connection with NXA-WAP200g after a short period of Standby (about 15 minutes). After reseting MVP resume operation. But connection lost again if panel goes to Standby.What should I do?

Maybe the setting of "Display Timeout" (Setup Page) and "Panel Shutdown" (Batteries page).

"Display Timeout" just turns off the display only, the MVP itself is still alive and connected to the master. If touching the display, it will wake up on the last page it was.

"Panel Shutdown" will turn off the MVP, it will lost connection. If touching the display, the MVP boots from scratch (AMX Logo)

It's recommended to set the Shutdown time longer than the Display Timeout. Default values are 15 minutes for Display and 30 minutes for shutdown.
