TimeSync and New Master Firmware Clock

in AMX Applications and Solutions
Is there a potential problem of using the new Netlinx Master internal clock time sync and the i!-Schedule or TimeSync? Should we leave the Netlinx Master clock on stand alone and leave the time sync for i!-Schedule? Any ideas or thoughts?
