RMS 3.0 Web Error

I have just installed RMS 3.0 on my server and when I go to the web page I receive the following error. Any thoughts???

RMS 3.0 Web Error

This problem has been reported to AMX Technical Support and is currently being investigated. Once resolved, we will post an explanation on this thread.
