Sony STR-DE825 IR Issue

I am trying to control a Sony STR-DE825 Surround receiver and the power on/off is throwing me for a loop. There is a standard function defined in the IR file as standby that works to turn the unit off no problem but calling the same function will not turn it back on. There doesn't appear to be a function for poweron. Does anyone have an IR file or the right function to call to make this work? I am using hte standard AMX ir files from this site.

Try using one of the inputs (tuner,cd,dvd) to turn on the receiver.
