Can?t upgrade firmware in a NXP-TPI/4

Hi, Can anyone help me?

My problem is that i have a NXP-TPI/4 with firmware version - v1.00.9 and i want to upgrade to the last firmware; to download TP file to it.

The file 2275_01C_V2_57_69.kit do the download of the 1 and 2 files to the TPI/4 but in file 3 it stops and i have to cancel the upgrade.

    I can remember a chip upgrade long back in the past. It was U43 which has to be replaced. Maybe this is the problem.

    Other problem may be the compact flash. Before a firmware upgrade is installed, it's completely downloaded to the CF. If it is full, the files can not be downloaded. It may help to load an "empty" TP4 file to the TPI4 first.
