Where do the Funky Bargraphs Come From?

How do you get the funky bargraphs that are shown on the default screen of a new G4 device? I am most specifically looking for the knob-types.

They are just a series of bitmaps, so you retrieve the file from a new panel or go to:
http://www.amx.com/techcenter/tpfiles.asp
and download the demo files
eg http://www.amx.com/assets/touchPanelResources/Master_Demo_Modero12.zip
for a 12 inch panel
