Clearing Axcent 3 Memory

Does anyone know a way (other than removing batteries) to clear the memory of an Axcent 3? There seems to be no program port terminal command for it.

Send it an empty program; two sections only.

Program_Name='Empty Program'

Define_Program
(* no code required *)

Try typing in 'CLEAR PROGRAM' in terminal mode.
That should help.
