TPControl File Pull

Has anyone been able to download a TP file from TPControl on a device? Specifically an iPad.

Same old story, client doesn't want to deal with old integrator and doesn't have the files... Just wants to change the Logo.

Pretty sure I know the answer, but thought I would try my luck.

I should add that filing a support ticket at TPControl's own site will get a direct response from exactly the right people. And I would not be shocked if, pending the circumstances, they decided to assist in some outside-the-lines manner to see if they can help. If anyone knew what it would take to extract the panel information, it's them, not us.
