N2300 Showing Black Screen

Hello All,

Got an N2300 system showing a black screen. When it is set to stream 99 in N-Able, I still get the Local Play screen. Once I switch to stream 1 to 3, I get a white screen then a green screen and finally the black screen. Other decoders on the network are pulling in the feed correctly, or showing Host Play while waiting for the host to send information.

Anyone know what might be going on here?

Factory reset the decoder, make sure you've got the firmware updated, swap out with another decoder to validate network connection. Is there any reason the device on the end of this one would be not be HDCP compatible? If everything else can enforce HDCP but this one device can't, it might cause this symptom.
