Procedure to Connect to RPM Touch Panel Through TightVNC

Can anyone outline the proper steps to connect to a touch panel configured by RPM through TightVNC in order to take screenshots of the GUI?

Open TightVNC Viewer. Type in the IP address of the touch panel you want to view. For my connection profile, I have selected High-speed network. Click connect. This should launch the VNC of the touch panel. I have left the settings at default and have not enabled a password.
